Dr. Steve Silverston opened World Class Chiropractic’s doors to the Ellicott City community in February of 1994. While our practice has evolved throughout the years, our dedication to helping our hometown thrive naturally has remained strong.

In October of 2013, Dr. Silverston expanded and moved our practice to a beautiful new facility. His lifelong dream of building a chiropractic clinic that would have a lasting impact on health and wellness began to become reality. Since then, our vision to leave behind a legacy of changing lives has prevailed. We want nothing more than to help fellow humans reclaim and maintain their health without harmful drugs or invasive surgeries.
Traveling Far and Wide
With more than 30 years of practice under his belt, Dr. Silverston has searched far and wide for additional chiropractic knowledge and best practices. He has traveled all over the country and spent countless hours studying advanced chiropractic techniques to bring his patients the highest quality, most compassionate care possible.
